GO’s Thanksgiving Feast

The "Toddler Tribe"

Today was GO’s Thanksgiving Feast.  I was in charge of the dessert, and my plans to make healthy vegan cupcakes fell by the wayside (mostly because I was a slacker in checking out my friend Edelweiss’s blog, she’s the MASTER of healthy cooking).  So I made Turkey Cookies.  Sorry other parents, they are full of sugar, but DARN CUTE.

Luckily, this is not Mrs. B’s first time at the rodeo, so the cookies aren’t handed out until the lunch/snack is eaten.

Mrs. B and Mrs. L dressed up the class like Native Americans, and sent these darling pictures.

GO checking out her facepaint

Turkey on the Head!

Checking out Mummy's earrings (while eating the cookie...)

"Why am I wearing a Turkey on my head???"

(Have I mentioned how glad I am that Sister Sheep and GO are in the same class?  Plus, it helps that BooSheep is nearby…I don’t have to worry about my littlest Caterpillar at all!)

Toddler Tribe Part II

So, Thanksgiving Feast was a hit, and no pilgrims to be seen.  Just 8 adorable Native Americans…

THANK YOU, Mrs. L and Mrs. B!
